Apple Cinnamon Energy Balls

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups oatmeal

1/2 cup almond butter

2 tbsp cinnamon

2 medium sized apples grated

1/4 cup maple syrup

dash salt

3 tbsp hemp seeds

3 tbsp ground flax

OPTIONAL Mix and Match

  • raisins ( golden are great!)

  • shredded coconut

  • pumpkin seeds

METHOD

In a large bowl combine oats almond butter, maple syrup and apple. Mix in hemp seeds, flax and grated apple. Roll into small balls and freeze or refrigerate.

Pop in your freezer for an easy go to snack or lunch box treat
