I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness, but it wasn’t until I started sharing my tips and tricks with friends and family that I realized not everyone finds this stuff second nature. That lightbulb moment got me thinking—what if I could help other moms feel confident and less stressed about feeding their families and taking care of themselves?

After 13 years of teaching, I took the leap into health coaching and became certified in functional nutrition. Now, I combine my love for teaching with my passion for healthy living, and it’s been the best decision ever.

I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin (hello, four kids!), but I also know how powerful simple, healthy routines can be in turning things around. My mission is to make mealtimes easier, help you find energy-boosting habits that stick, and remind you that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary.
