This Thai Chili Mango Salad is fresh, crunchy, and packed with flavor—perfect for a warm spring or summer day! It’s super easy to throw together with juicy mango, crunchy peanuts, and a tangy, nutty dressing. Light, delicious, and totally satisfying!
Ingredients
2 bags Taylor Farms Thai Chili Mango kit
1 mango chopped
1 cup cooked edamame
1 cup shredded chicken
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
Dressing: 1/4 cup garlic expressions
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp liquid aminos ‘
Method :
Prepare the Salad Base:
Place the Salad Mix into large bowl
Add the Fresh Ingredients:
Add the chopped mango, cooked edamame, shredded chicken, diced red pepper, and roasted peanuts to the bowl.
Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together Garlic Expressions, almond butter, and liquid aminos until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Salad:
