No-Fuss Thai Style Salad

This Thai Chili Mango Salad is fresh, crunchy, and packed with flavor—perfect for a warm spring or summer day! It’s super easy to throw together with juicy mango, crunchy peanuts, and a tangy, nutty dressing. Light, delicious, and totally satisfying!

Ingredients

2 bags Taylor Farms Thai Chili Mango kit

1 mango chopped

1 cup cooked edamame

1 cup shredded chicken

1/2 cup diced red pepper

1/2 cup roasted peanuts

Dressing: 1/4 cup garlic expressions

2 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp liquid aminos ‘

Method :

Prepare the Salad Base:

  1. Place the Salad Mix into large bowl

  2. Add the Fresh Ingredients:

    • Add the chopped mango, cooked edamame, shredded chicken, diced red pepper, and roasted peanuts to the bowl.

  3. Make the Dressing:

    • In a small bowl, whisk together Garlic Expressions, almond butter, and liquid aminos until smooth and well combined.

  4. Assemble the Salad:

    • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until evenly coated.
