Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
1/2 bottle Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce
1 tbsp honey
3 large carrots diced
1/4 cup diced celery
1 lb shredded chicken ( rotisserie is a shortcut)
2 tbsp cream cheese ( use Kite Hill for dairy free version)
Serve in your favorite tortillas or on greens
Method
1. Dice celery and carrots
2. Mix together chicken, buffalo sauce, honey and diced veggies ( optional cream cheese)
3. Enjoy warm or cold
Notes:
You can customize the level of heat by the amount of buffalo sauce used.
Super shortcut- Use shredded rotisserie chicken
Stir in chickpeas for extra fiber/protein
Kid Friendly- deconstruct the wrap by serving the tortilla seperate from the chicken and with a “safe” side
